Leadership Team

  • Rupert Cresswell leads the studio as Chief Creative Officer, bringing over two decades of creative leadership experience across London, New York, and Los Angeles. 


    He cut his teeth at MPC (The Mill), then went on to serve as Executive Creative Director at Alkemy X, driving award-winning creative work. He’s spearheaded global campaigns for Adidas, Google, Meta, Disney, Samsung and Playstation. Most recently, Cresswell combined his artistic vision and technological curiosity to create Prospex Park, an AI‑driven art project, and exhibited in Tokyo, London, and Los Angeles.

  • Eve Ehrich, Elevado’s Executive Producer, brings over 20 years of experience leading integrated production across commercial, broadcast, digital, and print platforms.

    She’s held senior roles at PXP Studios, Not To Scale, Alkemy X, and Taylor James, where she built high-performing teams and delivered standout campaigns for brands like Apple, Nike, Amazon, Heineken, and Mercedes-Benz. At Elevado, Eve oversees creative production across live-action, design, animation, and VFX—helping shape next-gen brand experiences alongside Chief Creative Officer Rupert Cresswell.

  • Hannah Fontanelli is Elevado’s Director of Creative Production, with a sharp eye for digital storytelling, leading high-impact campaigns for brands like Netflix, Bumble, Postmates, and Prime Video.

    Previously Director of Creative Production at Saylor, she oversaw marketing and branded content across social, digital, and broadcast - shaping the agency’s production approach and managing a team of creative producers. Her credits include work for Peacock, Google, and Disney+, as well as producer/director on an NFL Sunday Ticket spot starring Jason Kelce.
